H ere goes….I’m a child of the 70s and 80s.  I grew up in a time when we didn’t wear seat belts and children moved around dangerously within the car.  Gas was cheap, cars were huge and microwaves took up your entire counter.  When you wanted to drive to another city or state, you took an atlas with you.  I went to private school thanks to a mother who was willing to work long hours to keep me there, and I looked forward to long summers playing with my neighborhood friends.  I was never really good at sports, and I’m a self-professed “word nerd”.  I’m extremely technically minded, although in my later years I’ve discovered my “artistic side”.

I am a HUGE fan of 70s music (Doobie Brothers, CCR, Van Morrisson, Lynyrd Skynyrd, etc) as well as campy, cheesy, and altogether dorky 80s music.  I love watching scary movies, but then I’m a chicken in the dark for weeks afterward.  Shhh, don’t tell anyone!  I’m a total foodie with a serious love for ribeyes, carrot cake, and Dr. Pepper, but whatever you do, keep cilantro away from me.  I have very poor short term memory, but freakishly detailed long term memory.  Go figure.

A good photographer makes people look as beautiful in pictures as they do in real life.

A photographer is born

I’ve loved photography my whole life, but it wasn’t until purchasing my first digital camera in 2002 that I discovered my inner photographer.  I love meeting new people and getting to know their lives, and photography has allowed me to do that.  Someone once said, “A good photographer makes people look as beautiful in pictures as they do in real life.”

I use that as my driving force, and when you work with me, I WILL show not only your beauty, but also beauty you didn’t even know you had. Looking forward to working with you, so hurry up and set up your appointment!
